Toyota Indus - The Blunders & Faults aren't just in Cars




Someone on my Facebook just pointed out a problem in the website of IMC and I went to look into it myself. The email address on customer relations webpage contains www. Check the screenshot of the page in question.

Now this is a webpage used by customers to lodge complains and IMC made a blunder of giving a wrong email address, this blunder is not something expected by a company like IMC and makes wonder that they aren't a bothered with small quality related mistakes just like they aren't bothered with their cars. I'm not even sure if this is really a mistake or deliberate attempt to turn a blind eye to customers complains. Another webpage on same website has the correct email address.


All I can say is I hope their parent company Toyota Japan fixes their policy of letting a local partner do whatever they feel like and make sure they fix their cars as well as their website.

P.s. I don't even like how this website opens on a mobile platform, they sell thousands of cars every year, I am sure they can afford to make a proper mobile version of website.
